'I Heart Summer' 2 Challengers,
We came, we logged calories, we definitely hearted summer! Over thirty-six hundred challengers began this adventure, and 353 have crossed the important 50% symbolic mark. (That's 87 more people than 'I Heart Summer' 1!) A round of wild applause to the 64 of you who met or surpassed the 100% mark, winning a session with a personal, certified nutritionist! Good news for everyone in the 50%+ club: instead of discounts on snacks, we've secured deals on three different items: a Smile Bright teeth-whitening package, Shatobu shapewear, and Fusion Bower Bandz. You can smile wide, suit up, and accessorize with a hologram wrist band! So futuristic! We'll be firing off the coupon codes and nutritionist coaching information shortly, but now is the time for one giant, group hug. Kudos on all of your accomplishments this slim summer!
We knocked off 9,508 plates of fruits & veggies, 88,331 pushups, 207,075 situps, and a whopping 246,436 minutes of cardio - not to mention all those days of calorie logging! While we admitted to a mere 742 soda pops, it was still in a impressive performance of health and virtue! Cheers to the top 3 women in the challenge: Mary G., Norma J. and Natasha R., and fist bumps to the top 3 men: Steve K., Robert C., and Adrian S. Uber-users Mary G. and Adrian S. also deserve extra special mentions for finishing in the top 3 in both of the "I Heart Summer' challenges. And of course, giant high fives all around for your extraordinary show of support for your fellow challengers. Overall, this 'I Heart Summer' challenge showed a 28% improvement in average progress for challengers in the 50% club! There's no way your fellow challengers could have made those strides without all of your "hearts," comments, and virtual camaraderie. Way to make it not just a slim summer, but a fantastic summer!
The summer may almost be over, but fun group challenges are forever! Stay tuned for more news about our exciting plans for the fall.
Thanks again, and congratulations!
