Just 3 days left in the August Edition of the Social Workout 101 Challenge, and so far you'e crushed 279 workouts, 715 healthy meals and 2,741 hours of sleep. Good on you!
However, there about 20 of you lurking near the bottom of the leaderboard, with nary a healthy meal, workout, or hour of sleep logged. That's a cause for concern, but there's hope yet.
