Hip hop, cardio tai box, house 2hrs 45 mins: i luv cardio because i feel so detoxed afterwards & hate cardio because i get so sweaty that my glasses fog up and slip. ppl w/ perfect vision are so blessed...

Breakfast: whole grain cereal nut mix, peach, apple, orange, lemon water
Lunch: couscous w/ dried seaweed,scallion,carrot, pretzels
Dinner: probar, plain soygurt (soy yogurt) w/ sunflower seeds, dried cherries.
