Back on track with food logging. I've been off the wagon for a couple of weeks. I was really tired all day Monday, but I still managed to walk to & from work. I was so tired that I took a nap on my lunch break. I felt a bit more energetic in the evening, but then I accidentally slept through boot camp this morning. Oops. Unfortunately I don't have time to get in a workout; I've got work and then I'm taking a class that starts today. But tomorrow is another day!
Still haven't gotten my test results back from the new doctor. I know she got my lab results on Friday morning, but I guess she never reviewed them, and then wasn't in Monday. I haven't had too much pain the last few days, but I would still really, really like to know what's wrong with me and start doing something about it. Any time now. Really, go right ahead.
