Discovered on a backpacking blog, and tested in real life: a dollar store Shamwow knockoff (mine was just called a "Wow!") make a nice, compact gym towel.
It's been a rough couple of weeks. Long bout with a virus. Terrible sleep. Stress. Overeating. Blood tests. Bah. Today I'm feeling like I'm finally coming around to getting back on track to being health & happy. In spite of a busy morning, I managed to put together a healthy breakfast from a gas station, which I think is a pretty good accomplishment (although has anyone else noticed that gas station food is improving? They have like, fruit and vegetables at all the nicer truck stops these days. It's like they're *trying* to keep me away from the Snickers and cappucino).
