Manny, oh Manny. Thursday was my last session with the guy. No more personal training for me (for the time being). It is tres expensive. The workout was good, and a lot more taxing on my wrist than I thought it would be - we modified the workout so that my wrists would remain straight the whole time, but it was still tough on me. I'd post up the workouts but they change every session and I don't even know what they're called.
James and I had dinner at Pure Food and Wine (first time here) and, well, it was way more than 2 servings of fruits and veggies. Who knew I could get filled up with veggies so quickly? Fave dish was the hazelnut crostinis. Holy deliciousness. The food overall lacked texture though (common complaint, according to yelp). But yummy. Not sure if I would ever go again, because it's hella expensive. (It was an expensive kind of day, wasn't it?)
Ended the night with the intention of doing 20 minutes of detox yoga but I got super lazy and went to bed after 10.
