It has taken me all night to do this...but the person I owe the biggest apology to is myself. Admitting that to myself was difficult. Apologizing to myself was well past due. And forgiving myself well, I'm still working on that one but I'm getting there. It's so sad to realize that we can do more damage to ourselves that anyone else.
