forgot to set the alarm clock this morning so we had to get the kid ready and at camp in 30 min. DID IT!
went to lunch time hot yoga and there was a last minute sub, James, who just moved to Montreal from Vancouver. He was very good and I guess I like West Coast style if that was what he was doing. The cute factor doesn't hurt either. Lots of side planks which started bothering my right hand and elbow, but I did my best. I will definitely try his class again.
