Yogis! Every month since January, we've run this 21-Day Yoga Challenge. As we head into the summer, we see no reason to stop the fun now! So, if you didn't quite find your groove last month, or you want to keep your winning streak going, join us for the sixth 21-Day Yoga Challenge in June!
The goals are simple and the same: we're just tracking yoga practices and meditation. Of course, you are welcome to add other healthy practices, like eating vegetarian meals, as you see fit. And don't be shy about telling us!
