I had one (1) large bakery apricot filled cookie and I totally enjoyed it! Even though, I have given up bakery and am Guilty of eating this super delicious bakery cookie knowing it is processed...I feel that do to the cardio and that it definitely kick my buttock that there is a great chance that those calories, sugar, and processed garbage never even touched based on my hips nor my blood sugar...now there is a Great chance that I am wrong....but I am smiling.
Workout divided in 2 parts 15/15 of walking outside up and down backyard and playing with my dog who is too poop to run due to humidity here; so I was throwing the ball and fetching the ball until I was to pooped to go on; so we walked home. Stretching and core exercises for yoga and breathing.
The sugar hasn't hit yet am I am not feeling sleepy so the cardio worked out just fine. Got to find easier cardio's until I get more strength and or stamina to keep myself going.
