grateful that we reserved our summer vacay. Jersey Shore here we come!
Took the kid to taekwondo this morning. Sat around for 30 min. but got bored and decided to go for a run around the park even though it was raining. 1.7 miles/20 min. Kept a slow pace and it felt good. Haven't done much this week and tomorrow is my 5k so it was just a little warm-up. Last September when I started running around Parc Lafontaine I could barely do one lap without stopping, now it's an easy run for me. Love how I'm getting stronger!
