super happy that I made myself unavailable for my main freelance client this week. Still working at home, but at least I had time for the gym today. warmed up with 25 min. on the tread, tried running but my legs were feeling heavy so it was more of a walk/run. after that was last week's bootcamp workout. Only the 2nd time I've done this workout, it seemed easier than last week and I did 3 sets of each exercise until my last set of burpees and as I was moving down to my hands my lower back gave me a sharp pinch and I had to stop moving. I'll take that as a sign that burpees are NOT for me. cooled down with some easy stretching and ab work, but not situps. trying not to bend the back too much.
