first bootcamp workout. those plyo lunges are killer. I could only manage 3 sets of 10. Went for a run outside around the park next to the office. measured it as 1.25 miles. Did the run after squats and lunges, not a good plan.
On the plus side, my back feels fine today. Felt a bit stiff when I woke up but now it's all good :)
breakfast - oatmeal, coffee
lunch - quinoa with edamane and veg, fruit for my snacks
