Why stop now? We've had so much fun with the past three months, we're running the Yoga Journal Challenge again in April. If you didn't quite find your groove last month, or you want to keep your winning streak going, join us!
Again, we've kept it simple: We're just tracking yoga practices and meditation. Of course, you are welcome to add other healthy practices, like eating vegetarian meals, as you see fit. And don't be shy about telling us!
A few housekeeping notes as you prepare for the next round. All important links are at the bottom of this message:
- Whether you're a newbie or a veteran, you can view each of the daily newsletters and the daily practice on Yoga Journal's website.
- To receive the daily email newsletters, sign up on March 31st to begin receiving them on April 1st. BUT, if you received the email last month, you'll need to unsubscribe from the list and then re-subscribe.
- Calling all teams! Get your group together, and then drop us a note in the comments of the post, and we'll make sure your team is included in the challenge.
Rest up, clean off your mat, and line up your stretchy pants! We begin in three days!
