Such a loooooooong day... woke up at 5:00, left for work by 7:00a, and didn't get home until almost 8:00p. It was definitely a productive day, but I am beyond tired.
Did 20 minutes of strength training and 20 minutes of total body/cardio. I also did a little dancing during lunch!
