Oops forgot to do dips. Curtsy lunges today for some variety. I am having a lot of tightness in my calves. I think I have these compensatory injuries because of my left lower extremity....just trying to take it semi-easy so I can still exercise some! Also, loving my new rotation. I'm finally in a thriving learning environment with friendly, helpful residents (who like taking the stairs). It makes me sad that I sacrificed so many things for my ex. Probably if we'd broken up sooner I would have been more focused and might have had a better shot at getting into this hospital instead. At any rate, trying to learn how to move forward from the past. When he left, he told me it was because (in part) I "just don't know how to let things go." so, if this is God's way of trying to teach me that, I better learn soon!
