finally back to spin class since i'm off nightshift! the advantage to having your spin class be taught by a psychologist is that he helps you find strength you didn't know you had. i think as 2011 comes to a close, this is especially important. it's been a challenging year, and i'm going to need a lot of focus and determination to make 2012 better. i'm hoping that i can take lessons from all the bad things that have happened so that i can finally discard them from my conscience. that's not so much a new year's resolution as a life resolution
