SUPER! Nice fall day for my walk and I am into this routine. It makes me move my body. After my walk I had energy to make spme whole wheat pancakes with flax and hot apples on top YUMM . I am so thankful my Mother taught me how to cook. and that I have a source for organic apples. I am thankful for the farmers here in the valley who grow my food and sell it at the local markets. I love knowing where my food comes from and knowing it has not been picked green for transport all over the globe. I am thankful for being asked to create a Santa sleigh for the localo college christmas party. I am thankful to be working there and to be asked to be more of a part of the group. I am raching out more and reaching goals! This has been such a good experience for me.
