Having some pain today. I guess I expected to be over that by now. The lesson is Not to Expect, but to take each day as the gift it is. After all it has only been three weeks post op. And I am out walking in the fresh air and setting goals ! I am so thankful for a sharp mind and good walking shoes ! I am thankful for the panseys on my porch that make me sile and give color to my world. This morning routine is proving to be a powerful force in getting me Up and Moving each day. I am not going to stop Now ! Thanks for all the support. Reading the posts here gives me an extra Boost !
