Laughing Lotus Is A Sparkly Pink Yoga Palace Laughing Lotus is one of the city's major teaching studios, and you can feel it. The vibe is friendly, but also a little clubby. As if half the people know each other. Cause, actually, they do. It's also a bit more girlie than other studios.

Back-to-Yoga week - days seven/eight Last night, partly because I didn't want to ride the train back to Brooklyn after work, and partly because it was back-to-yoga day 7 and my morning plans had failed (see last post), I decided to return to Laughing Lotus for Midnight Yoga after being away from it for so, so long.
cello yoga date and vegan cookies. Laughing Lotus Midnight yoga with live music! fun stuff!! Friends S and S met me there...I think stretching my injured hip a little helps. maybe it's just open now. Class was great, i needed to move, badly! It had been 2 days of no yoga!
sunday morning yoga with bryn at laughing lotus! then a nice long bike ride crossing the boroughs to visit friends... 15 miles in all i think. perrrrrfect...
yoga after wanderlust - day one In San Francisco for 1.5 days with nothing but yoga clothes, I decided to keep the daily yoga practice going. After napping in Dolores Park, I hit up the 12:30 lunch class at Laughing Lotus San Francisco. Such a pretty studio, and the 6 person class (as opposed to 100+ person classes at WL) was a nice change.
