I commit to 1 Practices per day for 1 day.
My newly redecorated hair salon inspired me to clean up the outside (landlord does a decent job but nothing pretty) and put planters, bench, etc. at the door. Bought cheap because we share a big Walmart parking lot, and I wonder how long things will remain. It does look fab and I worked hard at it.
I have knees. They speak to me, and not in a language I like.
Some days are about family and ministries...today was one of those day...best day all week =)
I didn't finish all the Rezalutions. Work, graduation party, walk, and pooped out.
No yoga lately due to illness : (
Didn't get as much done, but had a great visit with my mom and wonderful dinner with my good friend...wouldn't change that for nothing =)

Yoga on the patio this morning for the first time this year. It's a little chilly and the ground was damp around my mat, but it was soooooo nice.
Cardiologist appt today. I had open heart surgery (by robot through a one inch slit in my side so no scars or rehab) 5 or 6 years ago and they check every six months to make sure I'm ticking okay.
Ahhhhh...a soft rain at the end of my day of yoga...very relaxed =)
