Dips are on the short list of perfect strengthening exercises. All you need is your body weight and a dipping bar. And then you need to do 1,000 in 28 days.
Made it super late to Cindy Lai Fitness boot camp, but that's better than nothing! Plus I got in some Thousands :)

I need to take a short break from running :( My shins aren't doing too good...
haha, well, better than zero. sleeping is so much more fun...
Agghh. It's been one of those months where I attempt to exercise and literally don't even have time to turn on my computer for two weeks. So consider this my catch up for the whole month thus far. Not so impressive if you look at it that way, but let's see what kind of progress I can make in the next nine days. It's been a challenge on a mental/spiritual level this month...so we'll tackle one thing at a time. I do feel myself getting saggy, so it's time to really get back in the saddle. We all know missing meals to make up for missing workouts (even if it's by accident) is *not* the way to go!

Morning Thousands. I died. I did half of what I set out to do and crawled back into bed.
National bike to work day. It meant there was free breakfast when I got off the bridge. Also that there were so many more bikers than usual.
