got creative with my workout today. usually I run around the park a couple of times while the kid is at taekwondo. today I created my own bootcamp/intervals workout.
10 min. run
10 min. picnic table bootcamp: pushups, dips, step ups with kick back, variety of crunches lying on table, walking front lunges with side twist, calf raises (ouchie) and squats.

PM: 2 hours of gardening: mow, rack, move heavy planters, turn compost pile. followed by afternoon savasana/nap
