Core strength is vital, and lower ab strengthening is crucial. Lie down on the floor with arms on the ground and bring your knees towards your chest and use your lower abs to lift your hips off the floor. Knock off 30 a day for abs of steel!
Still working on doing the V-Ups for a consecutive two minutes.
So I did V-Ups for two minutes, but not straight through. Hopefully by the end of the month I can do two minutes of V-Ups continuously.
