I'm back after a couple months of neglecting to record workouts. My 6 year old inspired me--he has to do several hundred crunches and jumping jacks as a warmup for his karate class, and he's got some serious muscles! If I'm making him go to karate twice a week and do all that, I might as well do my time, too.
