Six pullups in a week is less than one per day! You may choose to do wide grip pullups, or close, but try to keep your body still and not to rock or bounce. Enjoy!
Add another 1/2 hr of bicycling to finish my first full week with 12 hrs (270 miles).
Did an hr on the upright bike and an hr on the spinning bike (45 mins standing). I'm working on doing 10 mins of sprints and 10 mins of "hills" for each hr biking. I figure this would be good cardio and build muscles, as well as breaking up the repetition.
