Yay! A super great run out to the bridge and back. My knee felt fine during and after the run. Perfect running weather-- slightly cool and overcast. Since it had recently rained there weren't tons of people out. I even got a blister on my hip from where I was wearing my fitbit. Sometimes fitness hurts.
Lunchtime diesel for the last of the cardio of this sweet challenge. Thanks for setting this up, Jan25. Really helped me get through the month with some balance!
Made it to the 45-minute lunchtime yoga class. At first I felt a little guilty going for the shorter class, but as it turns out I love it. A nice series of the basic poses to make things feel good.
Meant to get outside for a nice bike ride, but it was raining, good for drought, bad for outdoor workout. Can't really complain.
