My body was aching from yesterday's training session and I slept like crap, but too lazy/tired to get up and take an advil. Woke up early anyway to read on my ipad. Got the kid to taekwondo and went to the new branch of my gym up the street. Very nice and shiny new. Gotta love all new equipment. Started with sun salutations then 20 min. spin bike, lots o abs and more stretching.
After a healthy veg soup for lunch we did triage on the Halloween candy bowl. The kid has a peanut allergy so the man and I feel that it is our duty to eat all the peanut candies. Oh Henry bars, peanut M&Ms, Snickers, etc. I had 2 of each. It's the only time of year I eat this stuff and it's sooo good.
