Green drinks are a mixture of green vegetables combined into a delicious juice. Just one 15 oz drink a day will add nutrients, chlorophyll, minerals, and love to your diet.

Definitely enjoyed this one! I wonder if taking out the apple would make a difference? (Mostly because since I'm Figure training I can only have fruits in the morning or after a workout)
