Today was SO humid and SO hot! It is insane to go outside before the sun sets, still I most. The next days are supposed to be hotter, so I most prepare mentally. No matter how hot it gets every year, you never get used to it. I miss the european weather. I went to zumba class which I loved and then did some arm workout. I haven't eaten any veggies or fruits lately because I ran out, so practically no servings of fruit or vegetables. Oh, and my brother keeps bringing this muffins his girlfriend gives him, so I ate one, again. One serving of dairy. They are so good, damn them.
Today was good. 30 minutes of insanity and 30 minutes of zumba. Zumba is so much fun! I will do that ore often.
Last night I watched the movie "Chef" with my friends, and it was impossible not to have a grilled cheese sandwich night afterwards as a result. It just looked so delicious! so, two servings of dairy today. Totally worth it. I keep saying to myself that I will be more consistent with the exercise, but the heat is so unbearable lately! It's easy to use that as an excuse too. I will try to keep it up as much as I can. (I MUST keep it up!)
