I dont think I wake up at sunrise,but i will wake up early and if i did ,i will count it as a sunrise wake up day!
A month of logging my thoughts, daily activities, etc. To gain perspective, stay grounded.
here,sunrise is at 5.47! even if I manage to go to bed by midnight,it s still hard for me to wake up at 5.45!
I commit to 1 Days per day for 30 days.
