HIIT class this morning. Skipping, sprinting, jumping, plank jumps, jump squats. Followed it up with a shake made from one of the supplements from the Bulu Box I received yesterday. Also, I got 9 hours of sleep last night (8:30PM bedtime: what what!!) so I'm feeling epic refreshed. Bring it on Friday!

Took care of all my goals before 8:00AM! Great Bootcamp class today. Less intense than Tuesday which is still causing soreness for my legs. Very proud of myself today.

I did 165 burpees, 110 jump squats, and 132 walking lunges in this morning's legs focused boot camp class. Legs are a little wobbly. Breakfast had almond milk, avocados, and turkey.

Spent the day at the theatre doing mild construction (not really a true workout). Good breakfast, got some mind clearing done. Not a bad Saturday.
