Steer clear of foods with added sugar, like soda, cake, ice cream, candy bars, or even some peanut butter and pre-fab pasta sauces. Definitely don't add sugar/honey to every day items like tea or coffee. Replace with fresh fruit or juice. Ahhhhh.....
Made French toast with wheat bread, egg whites, milk, cinnamon and topped it with strawberries. Then got my yoga on!
