Steer clear of foods with added sugar, like soda, cake, ice cream, candy bars, or even some peanut butter and pre-fab pasta sauces. Definitely don't add sugar/honey to every day items like tea or coffee. Replace with fresh fruit or juice. Ahhhhh.....
Insanity day two! + weight lifting, abs and legs.
25 days no sugar! Getting so close!
I manage to go through all the complete insanity workout at last! plus weights (arms) and abs.
I manage to go through 25 minutes of insanity! Is not much, but I did it! plus more cardio and toning with weights.
Still no workout. December is a busy month.
