Steer clear of foods with added sugar, like soda, cake, ice cream, candy bars, or even some peanut butter and pre-fab pasta sauces. Definitely don't add sugar/honey to every day items like tea or coffee. Replace with fresh fruit or juice. Ahhhhh.....
I spent my afternoon cooking today. I tried Butternut Squash for the first time in my life. It was so yummy, it kinda tasted like Sweet Potato with a twist. Looking forward to this pumpin season.
