Steer clear of foods with added sugar, like soda, cake, ice cream, candy bars, or even some peanut butter and pre-fab pasta sauces. Definitely don't add sugar/honey to every day items like tea or coffee. Replace with fresh fruit or juice. Ahhhhh.....
Not a very enthusiastic workout today because I was so tired. Didn't get any sleep last night. Still it was a decent workout.
