I tried to workout but I was too tired. I kinda did a few leg exercises.
Very good dancing workout again.
Good one hour cardio workout and some abs. I gained like 2 and a half kilos on these vacation week. I was bad. Now time to get back on track and I'm super ready. I actually really missed my dancing classes. And my cats.
3.5 mile run -- I've been neglecting the 10k training while on vacation oooops.
