Hadn't done a yoga class in awhile and thought it would be nice to stretch out my runner's legs. It was! But it was also really challenging in a lot of other ways. Tiffany does a good job mixing up poses so you actually have to pay attention (in a good way) to know what to do. This also helps keep distraction at bay. Before class I did some squats and lunges. I'm going on a quick trip at the end of the week, so realized I'll have to run about 5 miles each of the next three days to get in my 15 for the week, unless I think I can do any on the weekend...
