Drink 50 cups of water in one week. Feel hydrated.
I did a teleconference call!! I didn't have to talk but I didn't know I wasn't going to have to so I was pretty nervous beforehand. I took a nap rather than worry about it, then I did lot of breathing and remembered the importance of self-love. And I did the laughing exercise! It made the dog run around in circles, haha.
I commit to 50 Glasses per week for 1 week.
