Just 10 minutes a day is better for the soul than chicken soup. It reduces muscle tension, increases circulation, improves muscle coordination, and helps boost energy levels. Take a break and get those muscles movin'.

Work hard, play hard, and chill out hard! Your goal this month is to get yourself at least one "spa" treatment. Take the full tour of steam room/cold plunge, or go for a massage, a facial, hot stones, or, (drum roll please), even colonic "irrigation."
