A "skinny" person may want for muscle, just as a muscular person may be overweight. Body Fat % measures the balance of fat to muscle and bone. Your goal: Take three Body Fat % measurements in eight weeks, and manage what you measure!

Work hard, play hard, and chill out hard! Your goal this month is to get yourself at least one "spa" treatment. Take the full tour of steam room/cold plunge, or go for a massage, a facial, hot stones, or, (drum roll please), even colonic "irrigation."

Flinstones kids, take your vitamins once a day. "Ten million strong and growing!"

Spring has sprung, and dust bunnies are cowering in fear. Out with the vacuum, the mop, the squeegee! Open the window, prune the plants, toss the old magazines! Do at least 60 minutes of this in the next week, and you win!

Singing is deeply good for you. Sing at least one song a day. Be alone or with friends, sing happy or sad, but sing out loud and with conviction.

Journaling is a great tool for self-discovery and has proven to help with stress management. Get started by making 1 journal entry per day. No censoring!

Trash it, recycle it, gift it or leave it on a Brooklyn street corner for the next lucky upcycler. Whatever you do, spend 10 minutes a day getting rid of your junk! Clear your space and your mind will follow...

Gossip is defined as a communication that diminishes how someone is perceived. We know you do it so be honest with yourself! Limit trash talking and let the positivity shine.

A healthy body needs a clean, healthy home. Your mission is to spend (on average) ten minutes per day cleaning and decluttering. That's just 280 minutes over the whole month. Not to let the dishes stack up, the bed go unmade, or the dustballs accumulate!

You've got a lot of ideas, and it's going to take time to make them happen. Spend at least 2 hours a week working for yourself and see just what you can do!

We all know losing a few pounds can improve our health in many ways. Get on the treadmill, cut out sweets, or lay off the sauce, whatever it takes. Losing two pounds per week is a safe and healthy goal towards a lighter you.
