A healthy body needs a clean, healthy home. Your mission is to spend ten minutes per day cleaning and decluttering. Not to let the dishes stack up, the bed go unmade, or the dustballs accumulate! No excuses.

The first step to wellness is increasing your awareness of wellness! Attend a wellness event, watch a film or read a book. Educate yourself with one wellness awareness activity per month.

Americans watch sports too much, and play sports too little. Still, a little bit of watching can be very healthy. So, go get your fan on, and find yourself a big game.

Take up knitting, crochet, scrapbooking, or just get some glue and glitter. Two hours of crafting a week will relax your mind and decorate your life.

1,000 minutes per month. That's about half an hour per day. Writing can take any form but it must bring you joy. Write a letter, make a journal entry, or start that novel you've been dreaming about. Work emails don't count!

Just put pencil to paper and discover the artist's way. Or crayons to walls or markers to toilet paper. The point is, just start drawing! 1,000 minutes of drawing in 28 days. All it takes is practice and a willingness to give yourself a little slack.

We know you're busy but loved ones miss you! Find at least one time per week to reconnect. Pick up the phone, share a cup of coffee, read a bedtime story, or go old school and send a post card. ANYthing to let that person know he or she is in your heart.
