After weeks of coming too late I discovered the trick to getting a spot is coming when they put out the sign up sheet. An hour before the class. I got to the gym at 10:30 and got one of the last spots! I am so glad I did. My body is feeling so sore right now. My chest was already sore this morning from all the pull up practice I've been doing this week but now every inch of my body is sore....

Initially I had planned to do 45 of each my push ups, sit ups and squats for the day. I knocked out 15 of each at the office when no one was looking today. But when I got home, two sets felt kind of lazy so I did a third and hit 60 of each exercise. When I went to log my progress, I saw I was only 10 squats and 6 pushups short of 500. So I did those too.
