Back to Basics with March Thousands!
Quick exercise guide below!
This month LOOKS easy compared to the last few, BUT here's the catch. Your challenge is to make these exercises harder than they have in previous months. Been doing wall pushups? Time to progress to floor pushups. Or maybe from there, do pushups with your arms closer, or put your legs on a step or chair. Doing floor dips? Maybe progress to a chair/bench dip, or even use a dip bar. Crunches? How about doing crunches with your legs in tabletop position? For those squats, perhaps trying deeper squats, or moving your legs even closer together and work towards a pistol (single-legged) squat. You have fewer exercises this month, so make them count!
As always, if you're uncomfortable with a particular exercise, variations and modifications are welcome. If you think it counts, it counts!
