Create a daily schedule that includes exercise of all types. Don't wait till you have the time. Change it up so you don't get bored.
Greet the sun and warm up the body with a few sun salutations. Do the first 2 or 4 at a leasurely pace, then do the next few at a fast pace to get the heart pumping.
Take 20 minutes of your lunch break to do some basic exercises: dips (use your chair), push ups (start against the wall if you need to), crunches (don't forget reverse crunches), jumping jacks, squats, etc...
About every 45 minutes take a 5 minute stretch break to keep the joints & mussles limber (fyi, this also will increase concentration & productivity).
Before dinner take a high speed walk/jog with the dog or a friend (this will increase metabolism).
Whatever schedule works for you, do it. And, remember, you are alowed to adjust your schedule until the right fit is found.
