Hour-long circuit training w/weights - kicked my butt, then the plank. Couldn't muster 2 min. again, but one min. is starting to be EZ!
I forgot my socks at the gym yesterday, so even though I was going to run and do body pump, I had to change over to yoga (which is a standard Monday workout for me anyway). It turned out to be a really hard class for me-- lots of dolphin pose which I really don't like-- super uncomfortable and not in a good way. We also held plank several times-- maybe not a minute each but probably 30 seconds each. And we also did crunches. I was sweating through the class! So I'm counting 30 cardio minutes for the 75 minute class. Ate the rest of the fruit crostada, had a veggie sandwich for lunch, ate some cherries on the porch watching the sunset and had tofu scramble with canned tomatoes for dinner.
