Power circuit training this a.m.
So did NOT want to get out of bed this morning, but wanted to finish the month strong!! 30 minutes of Elliptical and 20 minutes ARC. Happy last day of August, Friends!
arms and abs today!
Kickboxing - made all the high-impact moves low and still burned 450 calories.
an hour of low-impact aerobics . . . at 6 a.m. getting easier to workout early - love getting it out of the way!
The trick this morning was getting to the gym...trees down on our road. Who knew? Made time for a 4-mile run once I finally got there!
Hurricane Irene left a nice little workout for me...picking up sticks, branches, leaves!! 2 hours of squatting and lifting and heaving branches into the woods (I imagine it was a nice 30 minute of actual "workout" at least). Hope everyone is safe and has power or at least something fun to do to pass the time!
Got nothin' but time today, so did a low-impact cardio routine, followed by an ab circuit and then an upper body circuit. Feel like jelly now! Hope everyone's doing OK w/the storm - I'm off to shower before we lose power!
inside watching the rain and blowing trees from Irene, but not sitting still!! The kids and I did a preschool yoga session and a "improve flexibility and stretching" session on "On Demand". Channeling our cooped up energy into something productive. Stay safe, Everyone!!
Day 1 in Disney and I'm already tired :/. Hours of walking today in the magic kingdom Counting some minutes for these tired old feet
30 min. low impact cardio + 30 min. Butt Bible & a stretch. Now out to lug patio furniture into garage "just in case" Irene turns out to be real . . . . good luck to everyone!
