4.5 mile hike at Lake Chelan.
Ran 3.52 miles in 37'04" in Hudson River Park. I had planned on running for longer, but there were so many people out barbecuing that it was super smoky and my eyes started burning and watering about 2.5 miles in. Running blind is no fun.
Those are Friday and Saturday's drinks.
Times (by times, I mean days) overeaten over the weekend: 2
Silent Disco!
Busy weekend full of party prep, then party hosting. Good for burning calories, though not exactly with conventional exercises....
Catching up! By the way, if anyone in the first 'I Heart Summer' Slim-Down is wondering how to get back to the challenge homepage, you can always go to:

the man worked the night shift so I had to get the kid out of the house for a few hours this morning. I'm trying to help him conquer his fear of biking so we went to the park with his little bike with training wheels and I jogged while he biked on the path. After getting all hot and sweaty in the park we went to the pool to cool off and I swam laps for a while. I'm counting it all as 60 min. of cardio.
watched the animated movie Rio with the kid last night. I loved it. Reminded me of all the good times in Brazil with the ex. also went to the garden and did a lot of weeding and picked green beans and red peppers which I roasted on the bbq for dinner.
took the day off from work and we all slept until 9:30. those few extra hours were the best ever. went to the gym but no cardio. lots of stretching and thousands. hopefully I'll get out again later and do some cardio.
Morning meeting, so big plate of fruit + 1/2 bagel for breakfast. Big bowl of ramen for lunch, which had a bunch of veggies in it (along with roast pork!). Core Fusion Open class which once again kicked my butt. Big salad and 2 baked beef empanadas for dinner.
Fried chicken for dinner.
