Personal Goals
Calm Sunday, with various interesting meals created/inspired by Farmer Steve: For breakfast, a large bowl of Chia Pudding (chia soaked in almond milk). Steve explained how a small handful of Chia becomes a big bowl, and how it was very affordable. (FYI: I remember blogging on Social Workout about the Chia craze in L..A., and how would-be starlets were paying big money for small packets of magical chia seeds....) Crazy world. Dinner featured a stew of mung bean, zucchini, cumin, and more that I can't recall. Also, a green salad with new fennel, carrots, and cukes. Today's plan: yoga.

Today was Jillian Michaels Boost Metabolism ....
Wow, I'm in eight, count 'em, eight challenges, and tracking mad things, AND yesterday was a activity logging jackpot. When you run to the farmers market, you're scoring big. Other highlights: quinoa porridge for breakfast, and homemade veggie burgers for dinner. Recipe for both to follow....
Whole wheat English muffin, scrambled eggs. 30 minute jog 1.13 miles
I also did 10 minutes of Jumping Rope. I signed up for that under Personal Goals, but it never shows up in my list.
Walking
Splendid vacation in Wellfleet. Reading romance novels, sunbathing,swimming in the bay, hooping on the beach, walking between art galleries, devouring lobster rolls and grilling fresh fish from the farmers market. Also got two bits of good news, but I can't share them until August hahaha.
