Catch up posts for my impromptu vacation! Sat was flying out, so I did my workout at the airport. Got some funny looks :)

Lazy Saturday. Read an entire book cover to cover, napped, and watched a movie before spending the evening on the roof of the Kimberley Hotel, sipping champagne, making new friends with a perfectly framed view of the Chrysler Building.

Late start on the computer but I ate my healthy breakfast and did some exercises
Woke up 20 minutes before noon class at Yoga Vida & scrambled to get to the Bond St location. Since it's a holiday weekend, the class was old-school Yoga Vida size, maybe 10 people. It was so nice to have more than 2 inches between me & my neighbor & not have to flick our sweat all over each other. I jammed my hand in silks on Friday & have had arthritic like joint pain all weekend, but by the end of class I was cured.
I've been falling behind on my personal goals...and treating myself with too many sugary treats this weekend and now I'm dealing with the aftermath...bloats...Need to get back on track...I've managed to get in one workout today
