I didn't have much time (nor energy), but I did get in a 35 minute workout. 10 minutes of circuit to warm up (and boy, did I sweat!), and twenty minutes of thigh work, with a 5 minute stretch.
Spent a wonderful day with family and friends. I was so proud of myself for not overeating! Instead, I indulged on fruits whenever I felt the need to eat.

Wow, did I get in a workout! Did 20 minutes of kickboxing, 10 minutes of circuit training, 30 minutes of shoulder work, 10 minutes of abs, and 10 minutes of stretching. WORK!
Dinner was spent grilling with the hubs... check out this recipe for the grilled romaine that we cooked. So yummy!
