Yogis!
You've just finished the June edition of Yoga Journal's 21 Day Challenge, and have rightfully earned a few days of respite. Collectively, we logged 11,828 minutes of meditation and 1,066 yoga practices. Twenty-five of us made it to 50%, and seven got to 100% or well beyond. AND, many of you participated in this challenge for the third or fourth time! Bravo, and beautifully done!
Yes, the challenge is over, but now it's time to rouse yourself from savasana and prepare for the next round! The next edition of our 21-Day Yoga Challenge starts July 1, and we hope you'll join us again. The monthly challenge is a way to watch yourself over time, to see how life pushes you onto, or off of, the mat. It's nice to hit the 21 day goal, yes, but perhaps more important simply to keep track of yourself, to observe your ups and downs. For best results, we encourage you to grab your friends and do the challenge together. Peer support is priceless. There are also a few more challenges brewing for July that are worth checking out. All relevant links below.
Thanks to everyone for your spirit and willingness to support each other in June. Onward to July!
